Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We're excited to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how shipping works with our products.

Where We Ship

Currently, we only ship domestically within Canada.

Shipping Rates

  • We have a standard flat rate of $12 for the first item and $3 for each additional item added.

Local Pick Up

Local pick-up is available, simply select local pick-up at check-out. You may pick up your purchase during our regular business hours excluding national holidays. Your purchase will be ready two hours post-purchase.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

  • We primarily use Canada Post Regular Parcel for all shipments.

  • We do not offer rush order shipping.

  • Shipping options include standard shipping (3-5 business days)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking will be sent when your order ships. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Return to Sender

  • Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges to reship the package.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. Please contact us with any questions about our products before purchase.
